Picturesque mountain setting over one of the country’s clearest bodies of water, the Farm offers accommodations for up to 20 people with private baths in many of the bedrooms. Two full kitchens provide ample food service. The facility, and it’s 200-acre conservation land, spells wellness and outdoor adventure, and the 1200 sq. ft. studio space is ideal for a yoga retreat, business meeting, or workshop.

The Newfound Lake Region is the perfect 4 season playground to hike, bike, paddle and swim, and ski in the winter season. Not all lakes are created equal! The local terrain has outdoor adventure opportunities for all activity levels and interests; road and gravel cycling and hiking trails right outside the front door, and alpine and cross-country ski resorts all within 35 minutes.
We offer a unique bonus to your stay at the Farm; a short drive down the mountainside directly across the street, we have 150 feet of private sandy beach… unlike any other shoreline of our beautiful lake! We have a fleet of kayaks, SUP’s, rowing craft available for you.

At Newfound Lake Farm we DO NOT raise chickens, sheep, or cows… we raise HEART RATES! A complete day is watching the sun rise at the Farm and set over the lake, asking yourself…
